Estate Smotrych – this is a two floor wooden house with mansard floor made from ecological material. Kitchen and dining room with fireplace is on the first floor. 3 bedrooms (2 persons each) and toilet with shower cabin are on the second floor. Mansard floor has one bedroom (4 persons) and toilet.

The backyard of the estate has garden house with mountains view. It is surrounded by two springs.

Meals: 2 or 3 times a day according to agreement (Hutsul's or  Ukrainian kitchen).

Facilities: satellite-TV, independent supply of cold and hot spring water and heating, mobile network coverage – Kyivstar, local store at 200 m.

The warm natural color of all rooms will make calm atmosphere and help you to relax and leave all the problems behind the door of our house. The estate is standing under the mountain and close to the forest protecting all guests of our house from problems and stress. From the windows of the house you will have wonderful view. The garden house and barbeque place is at your disposal. You will have tasty Ukrainian and local meals accompanied by Carpathian herbal tee from the house.
